JamesWOOD(Jim), Edinburgh. On Sunday 9th November 2008, at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh, after a short illness, James (Jim), husband of Doris, father of Grace, Malcolm and Christopher, grandfather of Euan and Morag, Rachel and Caroline and great-grandfather of Aoife. He was born and brought up in St. John's Town of Dalry, attended Kirkcudbright Academy and married Doris Ballard of Castle Douglas at St. Ringan's Church there. Funeral at Mortonhall Crematorium Main Chapel, Edinburgh on Saturday 15th November at 10.30am. Family flowers only please.
